When does Aioli expire?
Aioli typically has a short shelf life. Unopened, it can last in the pantry until the 'best by' date on the packaging, typically around 3-4 months. Once opened, aioli will last only 1-2 weeks if properly stored in the refrigerator. Although freezing is uncommon, it can be done. In the freezer, it can last for 3-4 months. If you have made homemade aioli, it will last for about 1 week in the fridge.
How do you tell if Aioli is bad?
If the aioli looks more watery than usual or has a layer of separation, this could mean it's gone bad. Also, if there is mold or a strange smell, it is best to discard it.
