There truly isn't a better way to serve a group of people than by assembling an epic charcuterie board. Not only is it easy to put together since it doesn't involve any cooking (yay for assembled meals!), but it's a great way to serve a variety of people who might have various taste preferences or dietary considerations like dairy-free, vegan, low carb, or gluten-free.

We put this incredible bagel board charcuterie together this past Christmas when we had family in town and was it ever a hit! Even better? Your guests won't mind helping you get the breakfast board assembled and a bagel board makes a fantastic lunch option too if you stick to the savory toppings.

Ingredient Notes

We used fresh bakery bagels purchased at the crack of dawn from a popular local bagel shop, you can also use packaged grocery store bagels to make it even easier. Some grocery stores carry bakery bagels that get delivered first thing in the morning.
