Electro Titan (2024)

Summary

• The Electro Titan is the sixteenth Elixir Troop unlocked at Barracks level 16, which requires Town Hall 14.
• She is a ground troop with very high hitpoints and attacks both ground and air targets with a short-range whip attack. In addition, the aura around her causes all buildings (save for Walls) and troops near her to take constant damage per second.
• Electro Titans have no preferred target when attacking; they will simply attack the closest building. However, if they become aware of enemy Clan Castle troops, Heroes, or Skeleton Trap skeletons (either by being attacked themselves or by being near another friendly troop under attack), and can fight back against them, they will leave their previously targeted building and instead engage the enemy troops. Once all of the nearby enemy troops are defeated, the Electro Titans will proceed to attack the nearest structure.

Strategies

Offensive Strategy

• The Electro Titan can soak up a lot of damage and is a great tanker that can damage buildings and troops over walls. However, as strong as she might be, her very short range does not allow her to zap buildings that are 1 tile away from a wall. She can easily kill low-health enemy Clan Castle troops due to her aura, making her ideal against swarms of Skeletons and the like.
  • Her aura is also excellent for whittling down groups of buildings, though it cannot be buffed by Rage Spells. If placed into the fray by a Siege Machine, her aura can do significant work given enough time.
• Since she has no preferred target, try to set up a funnel beforehand. However, she is very vulnerable to high-damage defenses like the single-target Inferno Tower and the Monolith. Always try to bring some low HP troops (e.g. Bat Spell Bats, Archers, etc.) to distract these defenses, or use Freeze Spells to shut them down.
• Multiple Electro Titans' auras will stack, damaging units in the intersection faster than a single Electro Titan will.
• To demonstrate her power, a single Electro Titan can actually take on a defending Lava Hound and Balloons all by herself. However, a Poison Spell is still highly recommended to deal with them, as she would take significant damage.
• The Invisibility Spell will not negate her aura damage. This is something to keep in mind when using a Blizzard or Super Archer Blimp attack, as a defending Electro Titan will wipe out your troops if your Battle Blimp lands near the Clan Castle.

Defensive Strategy

• The Electro Titan can be a formidable defender in a Clan Castle, whose most threatening aspect on defense is her aura, which cannot be shut down by any means; Poison Spells and Freeze Spells will do nothing to stop her aura. She can prove to be an effective counter to strategies that utilise loads of low-health troops such as Bowlers and Witches.
  • However, at lower town halls, where mass Dragons is common, the aura will do little to the troops, and unlike the Lava Hound, it does not spawn anything after death. Since this unit takes up too much space, it also leaves you with fewer options if you could actually request for one in the first place (the lowest-level Clan Castle that can hold one is level 6, requiring Town Hall 10).
  • It will also prove useless against big troops and will do nothing but stall them and deal little damage.

Upgrade Differences

The Electro Titan undergoes significant visual changes at levels 1, 3, and 4.

• Initially, the Electro Titan takes the appearance of a giant, dark-skinned woman with white hair, glowing white eyes, and wears navy blue clothing with white outlines. She also wears a belt, which sports a silver, triangular rune on it, which corresponds to the magical theme of Town Hall 15 (despite her being available at Town Hall 14, which is jungle-themed).
  • At level 2, the triangular rune on her belt turns from silver to blue. She gains a golden bracelet on one of her arms.
  • At level 3, the triangular rune on her belt turns from blue to gold. She gains a second golden bracelet, this time on her leg.
  • At level 4, the white outlines of her clothing are now golden in color.

• You can have a maximum of 10 Electro Titans at one time in a complete set of fully upgraded Army Camps. This number increases to 11 if you include the 1 that can fit into a level 6 or higher Clan Castle. On the battlefield, you can clone an additional 4 Electro Titans with four level 6 or higher Clone Spells (three from the regular spell inventory and one from a level 10 or higher Clan Castle), for a total of 15 Electro Titans.
• The Electro Titan's aura is very similar to that of the Electro Giant in Clash Royale, although the Electro Titan passively attacks targets around her, whereas the Electro Giant only attacks in retaliation if a unit attacks him within a certain range.
• Despite the magical theme the Electro Titan possesses, they are unlocked at Town Hall 14 and not at Town Hall 15 (though it was added in the Town Hall 15 update).
• She harbors some resemblance to Storm from X-Men of Marvel Comics.
• The Electro Titan is the 6th unit in the Clash Universe to have "Electro" in its name. The other six are the Electro Dragon, Electro Owl, Electro Giant, Electro Wizard, and the Electro Spirit.
• Electro Titans will fist bump if an Army Camp with them is interacted with. This is actually a recycled animation that was once used by the Giant.
• The Electro Titan is one of the seven troops to be associated with electricity, the others being the Electro Dragon, Super Wizard, Electro Owl, Power P.E.K.K.A, Battle Machine (when activating his ability), and the Electrofire Wizard.
