Continuous improvement is the primary objective of this company, and it requires constant involvement and participation of all its staff, at all levels, for the:

To ensure that its Policies are enforced, documented, implemented and made aware of, LINEA PROJECT LEATHER Srl will take action to guarantee:

• the creation of an eco-sustainable leather products, through the traceability of the supply chain of its materials, in full respect and protection of biodiversity in accordance with the provisions of existing national and international regulations, attentive to the methods of breeding and supplying the leather;
• a lower environmental impact through the continuous search for alternative production solutions, both in the methodology of the processes and in the use of raw materials;
• the reduction and careful monitoring of energy consumption thanks to a correct management of the direct and indirect resources used;
• compliance with all national and international regulations in force on the protection of the territory, favoring a transparent and collaborative dialogue with the bodies in charge of control;
• compliance with all the main national (CCNL) and international (ILO) reference standards in the ethical and social sphere, not tolerating any behavior that is harmful or offensive to personal dignity, neither physical nor psychological;
• compliance with all national and international regulations in the field of health and safety at work, making healthy and safe workplaces available, promoting behaviors aimed at complying with the provisions of the Consolidated Law on Safety and Safety at Work (Legislative Decree 81 / 08 and subsequent amendments).

• an adequate circulation of its Policies to all internal and external interested parties, so that it is active, documented and made known;

The project concerns investments that are part of process innovation in relation to two fundamental themes: digitalisation and energy and production efficiency. Specifically, the interventions concern:

* the purchase of a roller buffering machine for reverse leather finishing

* the purchase of a software license for the connection between the machinery and the company management system

The buffering machine, in the spraying department, replaces an obsolete machine that requires further manual finishing operations, implying long processing times and, therefore, making the production process inefficient. The machinery is interconnected for data transfer with the management software to allow the data to be available that will allow the different aspects of the production process to be evaluated and measured in order to be able to monitor, control and improve it.

Financing of the Veneto Development and Cohesion Plan – Special Section, Thematic Area “Research and Innovation” Former ERDF measure (Axis 3 action 3.1.1) “Call for the provision of contributions aimed at the competitive repositioning of SMEs, investment support and promotion of digitalisation and circular economy models”.
