If you currently have Proxy Access to your child's MyChart account, as of their 13th birthday the access will change to limited access as required by Law. Federal and Massachusetts law recognizes specific healthcare services where the confidentiality of minors is protected from having health information shared without consent. You will still have access to schedule visits, send Medical Advice Requests and Customer Service Requests, ability to view and update Insurance details as well as the ability to view Allergies, Immunizations, Test Results, Medical History and Letters.
