I promise you it’s super easy as I regularly whip this up at home for lunch whenever I’m short on time. It’s a quick, easy, and satisfying lunch that’d only take 5 minutes of your time. Let me show you how in this article!
How to make Tantanmen Peanut Butter Noodles with Instant Shin Ramen
Ingredients
- Shin Ramen – including its seasoning packet and dried vegetables
- Peanut Butter – smooth or chunky, it’s entirely up to you
- Tahini – also known as sesame paste
- Water – to cook the noodles
- Togarashi Japanese Chilli Pepper / Fresh Red Chillies – optional, to further spice it up
Recipe notes
- The Tahini and Peanut Butter adds a creamy texture to the soup and numbs down the heat. If you like it hot, top the dish with a touch of Togarashi and/or fresh chillies to spice it up.
- Feel free to adjust the amount of tahini in the recipe – the more you add, the more creamy and less spicy the soup gets. Vice versa. Play around with the measurements to reach your desired texture and flavour.
