  • 20g yeast
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 100ml warm water
  • 50ml unsweetened fresh milk
  • 10ml cooking oil

  3. Roll each portion of dough into a ball and let it rise for another 30 minutes. After the dough has finished rising, use a rolling pin to roll each piece of dough into a rectangle.
  4. Place the filling in the middle of the rolled out dough. Fold the dough in half and use your hands to press the edges tightly.
