Based on a comparison of 61 countries in 2021, China ranked the highest in mushroom and truffle production with 41,117,737 tonnes followed by Japan and Poland. On the other end of the scale was Brunei with 16.0 tonnes, Thailand with 74.8 tonnes and Albania with 100 tonnes.
