Challenge Unsalted Whipped Butter
Whipped Butter has a lighter texture and mouth-feel than regular butter and is primarily for use as a table spread or topping, not for baking. Whipped butter contains more air than regular butter so it cannot be used in a recipe for an equal volume of regular butter. Made from whipped Grade AA butter but contains no salt.
