@xfinitymobile really is trash. I reached out once about my issue, and was told to DM @comcastcares and never got a responsr after 3day. Visited the store and was told they couldn’t fo anything but a network reset for the slow speeds. Definitely aren’t using Verizon towers

@LauraGomezNews Yeah, but I’ve always had to watch FD on FuboTV. Either I didn’t know I had it on Xfinity or it used to be in Standard Def, I’m not sure why I never found it. But @JerryMiraFutbol just told me where it was and it works!

I called @comcast customer support because my internet is out. They told me unplug it and plug it back in. I told them I did it already they said do it again then got off the before the lights even came on. Now I’m still without service.

There’s a guy at my house from xfinity fixing our stuff bc I got the worst WiFi in existence and I’m definitely the last person who should be home trying to answer questions for him about tech related things

I would’ve thought Xfinity of all companies would be understanding during covid. I pay $70.11 monthly & just got a 75% monthly usage warning. Now every gig after is charged. Okay, now just AT&T. I never received this message & now they want me to switch plans.
